Always do a good job at diagnosing before they charge you for repairs. Always make sure things work before leaving, or have a contingency plan. Have always felt well-treated by the techs, and they seem knowledgeable about what they do!

Michael did a great job on my dryer. What should have been a relatively easy job turned into a longer event as he couldn't get the motor fan off the driveshaft. He kept at it until we had success. Thanks to his perseverance I didn't have to contemplate the possibility of a new dryer.

Billy was able to come out on the same day that I called for an appointment. He diagnosed that the motor needed to be replaced on my dishwasher. He recommended that I replace the dishwasher rather than putting money into an older model. So, I do appreciate his knowledge and quality service. He even took the time to show me a bunch of different features on my dishwasher, as well as went over routine maintenance tips for me to follow in order to keep it in Tip-Top shape.
