The trip charge is $75 plus tax — $81.19 out the door. That brings a technician to your home to properly diagnose the problem, which is the only reliable way to know what's actually wrong (it's why we don't diagnose over the phone). Most repairs run around $300, and you approve that price before any work begins.
The $75 + tax covers the diagnostic visit itself. The technician will give you the full repair price up front, and you decide before any work starts. If you ever have a question about a charge, call the office — we'd rather talk it through than have you wondering.
All the major ones, no matter where you bought the appliance — from Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, GE, KitchenAid and Maytag to the high-end names many shops won't touch: Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Dacor, Bosch, Asko, Scotsman and more.
We're based in Addison and cover North Dallas and the surrounding suburbs — Dallas, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, The Colony, Fairview, Preston Hollow, and the Park Cities (Highland Park and University Park). Nearby and don't see your town? Call and ask our team.
Yes. Parts are 90-day warranty and labor is warranted for 30 days, we use factory-new parts unless you ask otherwise, and your old parts are yours to keep. If something we repaired isn't right within 30 days, we come back and make it right.
Always. We'll lay out what the repair costs against what a replacement runs and let you decide — you know your situation better than we do. We'd rather lose the job than sell you a repair you shouldn't buy.
