Lisa's husband Mike repairs appliances. So does her stepson Michael. Her grandson Peyton came on a year ago — he, her son, and Mike all left the oil field to learn the trade. Her granddaughter Alexis answers the phones alongside Natalie, who's been with the family for 20 years.
The technicians stay, too.
Mitch is going on 30 years. Billy's been here about 25. Michael, 13. That kind of tenure is almost unheard of in this business — and it's the reason so many customers don't ask for "a technician." They ask for theirs, by name.
