The trip charge is $75 plus tax — and we’ll actually tell you the out-the-door number, $81.19, so the tax doesn’t catch you off guard. That covers a technician coming to your home and properly diagnosing the problem. That’s the only reliable way to know what’s actually wrong — which is why we don’t diagnose over the phone.
Once the tech knows what it is, you get an estimate before any work begins. You approve the price first — always. Most repairs run around $300, parts and labor included.
Parts are warranted for 90 days, and labor is warranted for 30 days. We use factory-new parts unless you tell us otherwise. And if a part doesn’t end up solving the problem, we make it right.
